How we work
There are typically three ways in which salesfox is engaged to implement process and methodology change:
- If you are satisfied with how the current paper based or spreadsheet oriented sales tools and processes are working yet they need to be faster and more accessible then we will work with you to automate them 'as is' and deliver the solution as a fully managed and hosted service.
- The second scenario is that we are engaged to help design and implement a more robust method of managing sales and clients; either in specific business units or company wide to achieve identified revenue and profit targets. Many of our customers just want a more rigorous, reportable and systematic approach to the sales process. No more 'dark art' as someone once said!
- The third most common project we come across is the use of salesfox and our technology to develop a specific business tool such as Key Account Management, Bid and Tender Mnaagement or Capacity Planning within your organisation as the current CRM systems and reporting capabilities etc are working effectively. All newly created tools can be integrated with existing IT systems and platforms where necessary.
